Who do you have on the inside? I've actually heard that a good amazon sale + rebate is cheaper than going through an employee, but that mean's amazon's gotta have it in stock.

What is your criteria for switching, ease of use? What do you lose? I don't think it is feasible for me to switch, given the kinds of apps I use, but my wife may be a candidate.
I am trying to have an open mind...
