Hey:
I am a sprint user and it works pretty well for me. You should do what I did. Whenever I was in a coffee shop or an airport, I would ask people that were using the wireless broadband how they liked it. Universally, they said it was ok. It really depended on the specific site and the carrier's coverage of that area.

It is great they all are coming out with a USB version. Being a macbook owner, we did not have many choices....
